Abstract
Description
On the basis of the ophthalmological department SamSMU, 23 patients were examined, of which 6 (26%) men, 17 (74%) women. The mean age was 42.39 years. The control group consisted of 16 people (30 eyes), mean age 43.1 years. Taking into account the dependence of the function of color perception on the age of the patient, two subgroups were distinguished in the main and control groups: younger than 50 years; 50 years and older. There were 11 patients (22 eyes) in the main subgroup younger than 50 years old, 5 patients (9 eyes) in the subgroup older than 50 years old. The comparison subgroup included 8 people (16 eyes) younger than 50 years old, 8 people (14 eyes) older than 50 years old.
