dc.descriptionThis study aims to identify and describe (1) the Implementation of Indonesia's One Data Policy in Gorontalo Province and (2) the elements that determine the success of the implementation of Indonesia's one data policy in the Gorontalo Provincial Government. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique which includes Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study show that the implementation of Indonesia's One Data Policy in Gorontalo Province has not run optimally due to not optimal communication, resources that have not been utilized optimally, There are regulations at the regional levelen-US
