dc.description | Simplification of the bureaucracy by streamlining the organizational unit of administrative positions in government agencies is a new challenge for the civil servants. Improving the performance of civil servants is carried out by increasing competence through education and training. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is also one of the supporting factors the achievement of organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of education, training and OCB on the civil cervants' performance at government of Kotamobagu. The researcher used the multistage random sampling technique, the sampling through multiple stages. The first stage is a purposive sampling technique, which is sampling with certain considerations. The Regional Research and Development Planning Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) and the Kotamobagu City Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) are two institutions that have an important role in carrying out the development of the government of Kotamobagu. The second stage is Saturation Sampling technique, a total of 78 respondents used in this research, they are all the civil cervants of BAPPELITBANGDA and BPKD . Data analysis was carried out with multiple linear regression. The results show that Education, Training and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance, Education, Training and OCB partially have a positive and significant effect on Performance.
