This article includes the results of a scientific study, the purpose of which is to identify the prevalence and morphological characteristics of sinus septa in the maxillary sinuses among residents of the Bukhara region using cone-beam computed tomography, and to determine their relationship with gender, age and dental status. Based on the obtained data, it should be noted that the cone-beam computed tomography of the maxillary sinus was a powerful tool for identifying septa of different height, type, localization, not depending on the gender or age of the patient, but differences were found depending on the type of adentia.en-US
