Description
This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Operating Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), on Firm Value (PBV). The banking industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015 - 2021 period. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Panel Data Regression Analysis, Classical Assumptions and Hypothesis Testing with the help of the Econometrics Views 12 application. The results show that Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Return On Assets (ROA) have an influence positive and not significant to company value and to Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Operating Cost per Operating Income (BOPO) has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. CAR, NPL, DER, ROA, BOPO simultaneously affect firm value.
