A formula for calculating the volumetric surface diameter of droplets, which is important in the calculation of mass transfer processes depending on the physicochemical properties of liquids, is proposed and the theoretical and experimental values are compared. The calculations performed fully confirmed the proposed formula. As a result of the research, it was possible to determine the volumetric surface diameter of the dispersed phase droplets and the interfacial specific surfaces, which is one of the main factors determining the efficiency of the proposed bubble extractor.en-US
