dc.descriptionThis article discusses the problem of researching methods for processing histological images and conducting computational experiments based on them. Among the existing processing methods, methods of background removal and contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization have been studied. The approach of the proposed method is aimed at improving image quality with minimal loss of features in the image. When implementing this approach using the background removal method, processing of sections of parts of the image was carried out in the form of a circle. The contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization method used histogram normalization and mathematical statistics tools. A software tool was developed to conduct experiments using the methods under study. To evaluate the improvement in image quality, computational experiments were carried out using quality control criterions. The software tool can be used to improve the quality of medical images.en-US
dc.descriptionUshbu maqolada gistologik tasvirlarga ishlov berish usullari tadqiq qilish, ular asosida hisoblash-tajribalari oʻtkazish masalasi oʻrganilgan. Ishlov berish usullaridan fonni olib tashlash va yorqinlikni cheklash orqali  gistogrammani adaptiv tekislash usullari tadqiq qilingan. Taklif etilayotgan usulning yondashuvi tasvirdagi belgilarni yoʻqotilishini kamaytirishga erishilgan holda tasvirning sifatini oshirishga qaratilgan. Ushbu yondashuvni amalga oshirishda fonni olib tashlash usulida tasvir qism sohalari doira shakli ishlov berish amalga oshirilgan. Yorqinlikni cheklab gistogrammani adaptiv tekislash usulida gistogramma normallashtirish, matematik statistikaning apparatlaridan foydalanilgan. Tajriba-sinovlar oʻtkazish uchun tadqiq etilgan usullar uchun dasturiy vosita ishlab chiqilgan. Tasvir sifatini yaxshilanganligini baholash uchun sifatni tekshirish mezonlari boʻyicha hisoblash-tajribalari oʻtkazilgan. Dasturiy vositadan tibbiy tasvirlarni sifatini yaxshilashda foydalanish mumkin.ru-RU
