In this regard, there is a need for a scrupulous study of the content and structure, features of the development of national culture. According to the author, national culture is understood as the totality of material and spiritual values created by representatives of the nation in the process of historical development, as well as ways to create these values, the ability to use them for national and human progress, and broadcast to future generations.
