In recent years, radical changes in the rules of volleyball have given a completely new look to the performance of game activities and game skills. Nowadays, almost all game skills are performed "in the air" in most situations (jumping, blocking, entering, passing, receiving the ball, falling). The emergence of this situation not only increases the focus on the qualities of jumping and jumping in volleyball practice, but also requires the creation of new scientific technologies aimed at the rapid development of these qualities.
