In early postnatal ontogenesis, spleen immunoarchitectonics is reconstructed depending on age. The spleen of animals in the period corresponding to the breastfeeding period does not mature morphologically. It is formed by a small volume of white pulp consisting of small, medium and forming limophid nodules surrounded by a marginal area with unclear boundaries, mainly periarterial lymphoid couplings (Palm). As the age increases, the number and size of lymphoid nodules with a center of reproduction in the spleen gradually decreases. The amount of stroma consisting of connective tissue in the spleen increases, this process is even more intense in the elderly and especially in old age.en-US
