Description
The article describes the elements of the formation and development of the digital economy, such as the blockchain, digital data, digital information, telekommunikatsion infrastructure. Transformations in the digital economy of the Republik are viewed in the article, as well as the consequyences of the digital economy effects on the labor market and its digital economy impact on changes in demand for personnel are. Barriers slowing down the growth rate of human capital are analyzed and proposals for their elimination are given there.
