dc.descriptionin recent years, the interest of ophthalmologists in vitreal hemophthalmia surgery has increased significantly, given the lack of effectiveness of conservative treatment. Hemophthalmos in 27% of cases leads to functional disorders, and in 5-7% to anatomical death of the eye. Vitrectomy in traumatic hemophthalmia has its own characteristics, which depends on the nature of the injury and the polymorphism of post-traumatic changes.en-US
