The frequency of occurrence of the inguinal hernias is 60% among other types of abdominal hernias. Accordingly, the problem of the inguinal hernias is very common, especially in men, and on average, hernioplasty for inguinal hernias is 40%. It is always difficult to find a solution in complex and complicated forms of the inguinal hernias. Depending on the traditional classification, the so-called gigant inguinal-scrotal hernia has a recurrence rate of 25-35% after hernioplasty. And according to the size and shape of this type of the hernia, scientists have different opinions on the choice of the plastic surgery. There is no clear classification of the size of the inguinal-scrotal hernias and the number of recurrences.en-US
