dc.descriptionThe article deals with the issues of gradual transformation of the sphere of functioning of small businesses, it is noted that the successful development of small businesses depends largely on their desire and capabilities. In this regard, the article separately highlights the provision on the need to stimulate such desires and create conditions for their implementation. This can provide them with a financial opportunity to expand their own activities, the production of innovative products and, thereby, ensure the growth of tax payments to budget revenues. The need to reduce the budget deficit both in general and in the areas of budget expenditures is noted, but not due to an increase in tax rates, but by increasing the financial performance of small businesses.en-US
