In the field of teaching foreign languages, the concept of "text" is used to denote a certain speech segment in productive (during the generation of a speech product in speaking or writing) and receptive (in listening or reading) types of speech activity. Considering a foreign language text as a certain orderly set of sentences united by a common communicative task.
