This article describes how identity manifests itself as a social phenomenon characterized by versatility, mobility, relativity, dynamism, abundance and incompleteness under the influence of globalization. New values, national ideals that can recreate and recreate national identity, form national pride, which serve as a program that guides and regulates human behavior, require special studies of the development of national ideology. The article also provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the ways and possibilities of optimizing the process of national identification in the context of the modernization of the Uzbek society. In the article, the author analyzes the prospects for the development of national identity in the era of globalization - the dialogue of cultures and civilizations, its significance in national development.
