Description
The purpose of this article is to identify the term communicative behavior and types of communication that serves to bring agreement between people and internal affairs officers. The need for effective communication skills is vital in the area of policing in order to give correct and clear answers to complex questions related to work. This article briefly discusses the importance of effective communication of internal affairs officers to resolve conflicts and disputes in community.
