Epidemiological and etiological features of osteoarthrosis and literature on the clinical course of the disease were reviewed in the article. According to the information in the literature, it is necessary to study the development of complex treatment methods with an individual approach, depending on the etiological factors and pathogenetic mechanisms that cause osteoarthrosis.
