Abstract
Description
The digital revolution has become a promising source for renewing the educational system and promoting the transfer of learning outcomes into the professional environment. The digital transformation of vocational training highlights the challenge of deploying digital technology to meet the needs of securing career paths throughout life and facilitating learner autonomy. The main objective of this research is to assess the impact of the digitalization of training on the social performance of Cameroonian companies and in this case the Cameroon United Forests (CUF). From the data collected through a self-assessment questionnaire adapted in an inductive-hypothetical-deductive approach with a sample of sixty (60) regular employees of this company, the results show us that the automation and industrialization of artisanal training processes, the dematerialization and the reorganization of intermediation schemes in training contribute to the development of social performance of Cameroonian companies The specific theoretical orientations that informed this research revolve around Piaget's awareness theory, Deci and Ryan's cognitive appraisal theory and Information Technology (IT) absorptive capacity theory. ) from Boynton. These theoretical models have confirmed the three hypotheses tested statistically from a non-parametric hypothesis test (Spearman's ρ test) by virtue of the ordinal nature of the variables retained.
