Description
This study aims to describe and analyze the quality of population administration services at the Keboansikep Village Office, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method which uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. In this study using data analysis techniques with three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Sources of data obtained through Library Research, namely through books, journals, official websites, and archival documents. The results of this study are the first transparency regarding the publication of information that has not been maximized. Second, regarding accountability. Third, related to service providers and recipients, they are conditionally deemed to have fulfilled the satisfaction of the recipients. service. Fourth, regarding participatory activities, where residents can express their aspirations through the MUSRENGBANGDES activity and submit problems directly to the village government. Fifth, regarding the equality of rights and obligations.
