dc.descriptionThe village authority in managing tourism object shall be regulated in the Minister of Home Affairs Instruction No. 30 of 2006 regarding the Procedures for Procedures of Affair Submission of Regency/Municipal Government towards the Villages Office, and Law no. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government. This research objects on analyzing the implementation of development policy of Pasir Putih Panceng Tourism of Gresik Regency. This research type is qualitative descriptive with interactive analysis technique from Miles Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the government of Dalegan Village has prepared a policy in the form of village regulations as an effort to develop a tourist attraction. Based on Dalegan Village Rule No. 6 of 2016 on Tourism Village Development that the Village Government is the Village chief and village apparatus as the element of the Village Government is obliged to manage tourism potential in the region. Implementation of the policy undertaken is, first, make the planning in the development of Tourism Village. Second, grow community participation in maintaining the potential tourism objects. Third, the provide accommodations in the form of facilities and infrastructure that support the potential of coastal tourism. Fourth, hold an unceasing control and evaluation in knowing the development of tourism potential.en-US
