Description
This study aims to determine the self – esteem picture of adolescent victims of violence in dating, as well as factors that affect the self-esteem of victims. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenology research. The subjects of this study were 3 (three) adolescent victims of violence in courtship, namely AD, DR, and PT. The method of data collection in this study using semi-structured interviews. Data validity test was conducted using time triangulation method. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and then the data is verified as a result of research. The results showed that the importance of having a good self-esteem is formed through factors that influence it to reduce the chances of someone being a victim of violence in courtship.
