Abstract
Description
This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work fatigue, workload, and job satisfaction on work productivity of employees at CV. Medical Homecare. In the design section of this research, there is a type of research used, namely using quantitative research. This research is a non-experimental research. The population in this study was taken from all employees of CV. Medical Homecare, totaling 50 employees, according to the number of employees in the company. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling.The data analysis technique in this study used IBM SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study prove that work fatigue has a significant negative effect on employee work productivity, workload has a significant negative effect on employee work productivity, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, and work fatigue, workload, and job satisfaction have a joint effect on employee productivity
