And the results showed that the variables of the study showed valid and reliable results, with conditions that had normal distribution. The ability of transformational leadership variables and morale reached 67% and also had a strong correlation. The results of the multiple regression equation show that transformational leadership and morale have a positive direction coefficient with the value of transformational leadership greater the results compared to morale. The hypothetical results show the value that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as morale is able to provide positive and significant results on employee performance. This means that when leaders are able to motivate and inspire their employees and provide good morale for their employees, employee performance will indirectly be achieved.
