Description
The purpose of this paper is to find out the validity of buying and selling land without attaching a BPJS card Health: Post Presidential Instruction 1 Year 2022. The conclusion is sellingvbuy without attaching BPJS Health card according to Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 carried out before the PPAT with the Deed of Sale and Purchase, and evidenced by a certificate. With the Inpres1 of 2022 which orders that the process of transferring land rights or buying and selling must be attach a BPJS Health card and become an active participant in the National Health Insurance program, while referring to the hierarchy of laws and regulations, Government Regulations have a higher position than the president's instructions therefore, the process of transferring land rights or buying and selling is considered valid without attaching a BPJS Health card. This proves that Inpres has not been implemented optimally.
