Abstract
Description
The case-study method is a tool that allows teachers to apply theoretical knowledge to solving practical problems. The method contributes to the development of students' independent thinking, the ability to listen and take into account an alternative point of view, to express their own ideas. This article discusses the essence of innovative approaches to teaching a foreign language at non-linguistic universities.
