This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge and motivation on Generation Z's investment interest during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to determine whether gender strengthens or weakens investment knowledge and motivation on Generation Z's investment interest during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research. The data source used is in the form of primary data, which is obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, with a total sample of 255 students. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the help of Smart PLS3 software. The results showed that investment knowledge and motivation had a significantly positive effect on investment interest. Meanwhile, gender is not able to strengthen investment knowledge and motivation towards investment interest.
